Our philosophy in developing Barranca del Pueblo is to be good stewards of the land - to preserve the natural environment as much as possible and to blend in with the surroundings.  We also hope to challenge the creativity of the homeowners/architects to design dwellings that will take full advantage of this spectacular setting.  We have protected this subdivision through stringent covenants, careful planning and acquisition of adjoining tracts of land.  What we have to offer is ready-to-build-on sites with the necessary infrastructure in place - unusual in the Taos area and, considering the setting, unparalleled anywhere!
